SMS Ultra Clear Coat 2K

• Part b (hardener) has a shelf life of 6 months after opening
• This product contains Isocyanates. Vapours and Spray Mists are harmful if inhaled. May cause irritations to the skin, eyes, nose and throat. May cause headaches, nausea, and dizziness
• Ensure adequate personal protective equipment (ppe) rated for working with isocyanates is used at all times and adequate ventialtion of workspace is achieved

How To Use:

• Mix at a ratio of 2:1 + 10% Thinners
• Example, 10ml PART A + 5ml PART B (HARDENER) + 1.5ml THINNERS. Mix only what you need to use
• Once Part B (Hardener) is added to Part A (High Solid Clear), the chemical reaction begins and will be unusable within 30-40 minutes
• Ensure the surface you are painting is smooth and dust free
• Airbrush a light mist to act as a 'tack' layer and leave for approximately 5 minutes
• Then apply in an even wet coat
• If required, add another wet coat after another 5 minutes
• Allow 24 hours to harden and cure
• To remove any dust particles etc afterwards, polish out using an appropriate grit sandpaper and reapply the Ultra Clear Coat over the area once again
• Drying times at ambient temp 20 – 22C : Dust Free – 30 minutes, Tack Free – 12 hours, Fully hardened – 24 hours. Can be polished and buffed after 24 hours minimum
