Return Criteria

  • within 14 days from the date the toys have been received
  • you present the valid proof of purchase
  • the item fault is not a result of misuse, neglect or regular wear & tear
  • the item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals
  • the item is in resaleable condition (i.e., unworn, unopened, unused) and in original condition

Change of Mind Returns

We will offer you an exchange or store credit if you have changed your mind, so long as the return criteria is met (see above for return criteria).

Please note: the cost of delivery to return the item to us and to resend the replacement item is at the customer’s expense. A restocking fee of 10% will apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received products which were damaged, defective on arrival or if we shipped the incorrect item, we will gladly replace the product and pay for the return shipping cost as well as shipping the new item back to you, so long as the return criteria is met (see above for return criteria).

Return Process:

  1. Ensure the items being returned comply with the return criteria stated above
  2. Locate your valid proof of purchase
  3. Contact the Customer Service Team
  4. Suitably pack items for transport, ensuring all items and paperwork are included, and the box is clearly addressed. Note that any damage in transit caused by inadequate packing will be at the cost of the customer
  5. Post items to be returned

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all necessary postage. We will not be responsible for parcels lost, or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

We accept returns of faulty items for an exchange, store credit or a refund. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Proof of purchase is required.

Please Note:

  • A refund will be processed for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping costs.
  • Refunds will only be processed back into the original method of payment and are not transferrable for cash.
  • We recommend that you return items using a service with a tracking number as you are responsible for the item being received back into our warehouse.
  • Unauthorised returns or returns of damaged, opened products or otherwise products in an unsellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender's cost.
